The marina development includes a new shipyard facility with 300 ton travelift, and a 50m paint shed.

Already available in Bizerte is the W Magic shipyard, which has a 260 ton travelift and a 250 ton rolling trailer, as well as a 90 ton crane.  This facility is under Italian management, but with a Tunisian labour force.

At the back of the Lac de Bizerte there is a shipyard facility with dry docks for vessels of up to 249m.
